Located on the top of the hill, peaceful surroundings with a fantastic view of East China Sea and the landscape of the Nagahama village from a height.One room is composed vertically, starting from the ground floor which is a car park, then going up to the 1st floor using a private stairs. From the 1st floor through the 3rd floor is a living space.6 rooms are available in total. There also are an indoor swimming pool and a lounge shared with all guests in the basement where you can spend a relaxed time or just chill out!

“An American style old house” – built in 1950s for the US military and their families. Spacious, big grass garden with a natural view of sea and a local city, relaxed furnishings in the image of an American beach lifestyle… these will make you feel an unhurried and a laid-back attitude. There is a quiet beach when you make your way down the stairs, where you can enjoy a beachside walk, playing in the water or even a stand-up surfing with an instructor.This beach house accommodates up to 5 persons.

Indoor swimming pool which is accessible from each room via a private parking floor is located on the basement floor.
